Can I Bring a Friend Who is Also a Stylist to Join Me During My Stay?

Can I bring a quest who Is not an entrepreneur?

Yes, however please not that there is a fee associated with bringing additional guest, and we require a minimum of two guests. Please add this option before finalizing your booking.

HOUSE RULES:

Respect Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises, including inside the accommodation. Designated smoking areas are available.

Guest Limit: Only registered guests are allowed in the accommodations. If you plan to have visitors, please inform us in advance.

No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Cleanliness: Please keep your accommodation tidy and respect shared spaces. If you need cleaning services, please request them in advance.

RENTAL CAR INFORMATION AND DETAILS:

Mileage Allowance: Each day of your rental includes a generous allowance of up to 50 miles. This allocation provides you with ample opportunities to discover the city's attractions and conduct your business without any concerns.

Damage Policy: In the event any damages to the vehicle, a deductible of $1,000 will be required. Rest assured that our vehicles are well-maintained, and we prioritize your safety and comfort during your travels.

Fuel and Cleanliness: To ensure a smooth return process, please return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had before you began your journey. Additionally, kindly maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and refrain from smoking inside. Any residual foul smoke odors or cleaning requirements may result in a fee of $250.

REFUND POLICY:

Deposit: To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation within 72 Hours: You may request a refund of the remaining 50% of your booking cost if you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date. The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% of your booking cost is due no later than 7 days before your scheduled stay.
Cancellation after 72 Hours: If you cancel your reservation less than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date or fail to make the final payment within 7 days of your stay, no refunds will be issued.
Refund Processing: Refunds for cancellations made within the 72-hour window will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that the initial 50% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Date Changes: If you need to change your stay dates, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Date changes may be subject to additional charges.
Refund Exceptions: Elite Travel Stylist reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in the case of extenuating circumstances, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other situations beyond your control.
